The Oregon Energy Strategy made its debut on November 10, 2025, 20 months after the CETI team began providing technical and economic analysis to support the Oregon Department of Energy.

This month, CETI demystifies siting and permitting pathways, shares new energy jobs visualizations, dives into Rapid Market Transformation, and much more.

This month, we celebrate two legislative wins in California alongside updates on the Oregon Energy Strategy, our building decarbonization work, and the Northwest Clean Energy Atlas.

As the days shorten and the leaves begin to fall, CETI is working on our evolving theory of change and goals for the next year and beyond.

July brought the passage of the so-called “One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB),” one focus of which is to derail the United States’ pursuit of a clean energy.
