January 30, 2021: Eileen presented to the Washington Climate Assembly, which gathered 80 Washingtonians, who were chosen by lottery, during the Winter of 2021 to learn about, discuss, deliberate, and recommend climate change solutions for consideration by the state legislature. In this presentation, Eileen explained the deep decarbonization pathways framework; explained the sources of Washington’s greenhouse gas emissions; and described the state’s emission reduction opportunities.
