In preparation for the July 23 and 29, 2020 Advisory Committee meetings the CETI Team developed a technical advisory process and four framing documents with sector-specific questions about how to decarbonize Washington’s buildings, transportation, electricity, and industrial sectors and participated in three sessions designed to elicit guidance from Advisory Committee members on the policies and actions that will help the state meet its ambitious climate goals. The sessions focused on cross-cutting issues including equity, economic development, and workforce opportunities.
